Roby Park Primary School and St Brigid’s RC Primary School in Stockbridge Village were recently awarded the prestigious Basic Skills Quality Mark.

The award recognises the hard work and commitment of staff, pupils and parents in developing and improving basic skills within both schools.

St Brigid’s was commended by the Basic Skills Agency as the third most improved school in the UK for literacy skills.
