Reporters “Road Test” Leisure Centre

On Thursday 11th May, a team of intrepid reporters ‘road tested’ the facilities on offer at Huyton Leisure Centre. Laura, Andrew, Stephen and Bradley ran, pedalled, bounced and swam in a determined effort to have fun whilst exhausting themselves. And their verdict? Brilliant value and lots of fun.

Andrew voted cost and entertainment value at a whopping 10 out of 10, adding that the staff were helpful and this was an experience not to be missed.

Laura recommended the gym particularly, and awarded a monster 10 out of 10 to this facility.

Stephen gave 10 out of 10 for the super clean condition of the swimming pool.

Bradley felt the refreshments available were great, with soft drinks, sweets, sport drinks and even a Pot Noodle machine. 10 out of 10 for refreshment.

Faye Lakin had the final word. “Value for money is great, the gym is boss and I went on lots of things for only a few pounds. This is not to miss!”

Manager Derek Jones welcomed our team and he and his extremely helpful staff made us feel really at home.
